Right now, Christian is Rhyming and Stealing

3D

Well, alot of interesting developments have been happening lately in the world of 3d web stuff. Since I'm no longer looking at VRML (nor is anyone else) I may take a look at some of the new standards soon. For now, however, I'm spending a pathetic average of about an hour a week at the Silicon Graphics Centre working on my Hector's Dolphin. The results are below.

The model itself is a long way from being finished, as it was built from the inside out, meaning skeleton first, with no real reference material. I have the animation sequence on paper, but would be requiring a copy of Maya to do that since my course time finished. Stay tuned, but don't expect miracles. Oh, and some of these pictures won't be so good without true colour or a decent video card.
